Pets are welcome at the Heritage but we do have a 21 lb weight limit. We welcome small dogs, cats, they are a great comfort to our seniors, fish, and we love to hear your bird sing as we walk in front of your apartment.

We have 42 carports for our residents. They keep your car cool in summer and you don't have to shovel snow from your car in the winter.

Billiards are played in the clubhouse. Fridays are set aside for those who play pool.
