Maintenance Technician

Looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a 175 unit
apartment complex located in Lakewood. Applicant should have
strong maintenance skills, and own their own hand tools.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

Make apartments ready for new residents
Preform standard maintenance as requested by residents
Boiler experience is a plus
Maintain interiors and exteriors of buildings
Maintain equipment and tools
Be on call for 24 hour emergencies based on a rotating schedule with other maintenance techs
Work well with others including management, leasing and maintenance staff
Pool certification and HVAC certification is helpful but not required
Applicants need to be able to work with a diverse group of people
They should understand Fair Housing laws
The ability to complete tasks in a timely manner is paramount
